The workout tune-up was designed for moms who have a handle on general body, ergonomic, and health concerns normally addressed in the one-hour, one-on-one sessions. This is for those who are most concerned with their ability to stay fit or return to a higher level of fitness before or after baby. The session is shorter because it is aimed specifically at providing you with advice regarding return to exercise activities.
